here is my honest criticism, because i love you much jordan.
first - I love your work. Truly, I've always thought you were a very talented photographer. It's obvious that you understand what makes an compelling photo and have a great eye. People I've shown your work to agree.
but, I feel like your website/portfolios are disjointed. like, even though I enjoy the images, I don't know what kind of photographer you are. If I were an art director, looking to hire a photographer for a job and I saw your portfolio, I wouldn't know what assignment to give you. I think that's partly because you are cut from the cloth of that 'ol' guard' photographer that experience photography through the journey of life (which is great). But i just feel that right now, you lack a cohesive and clear direction.
That said, I think you are most definitely on the right path - and that I struggle with the same thing.
my only other criticism is that you don't have an email address on the website, silly!!!!!! Despite the contact box things, you need your email address up there!

Congrats on the website. It looks really great. Well, minus the whole 3 sub portfolios yelling at me (FOUND). But its all gravy. And don't get lazy and not update. Man, its soooo easy to be lazy. I thought to my self the other day, hey, its been a while, maybe i'll update the website. But no, i just head back over to the blog and update that. Dang.
wow, thanks for the awesome feedback guys...this is still most definitely a work in progress so any input is greatly appreciated.
-veronica, i totally get what your saying about the disjointedness, i get the same feeling when looking over my work. it just feels like a collection of random images that i indeed like but that have no common orientation...its good to know that its not just me that gets that vibe. thanks for the kind words and i'll definitely redesign my contact info to include an email address. haha. i hope you're doin great...it's so good to hear from you!
-logan, man is it ever easy to be lazy...an update is on the way tho...keep kickin ass!
